There are many "secrets" to success and most of them are not very profound. In fact, they've been around for thousands and thousands of years, just talked about and related in slightly different forms. When we enter into a relationship with someone, be it in a business venture or a personal one, there is always some sore of expectation of performance. What if you exceed that expectation just because you wanted to give more with no ulterior motive? Do you think that would surprise and delight the other person in that relationship? Of course, it would and you'd feel so much better as well. Do this cheerfully and from the heart, and you will have made a client and friend for life.
